Immigration Traveller Declaration for the Maldives (IMUGA Declaration)
The Immigration Traveller Declaration for the Maldives is mandatory for all foreign visitors to the islands. Travellers are asked to complete the IMUGA application no later than 96 hours prior to their trip to the Maldives.
Visitors, as long as holders of foreign passports, are asked to obtain and hold with them the Maldives Immigration Traveller Declaration and to present it upon request.
This document is obtained only online and can be presented as a file kept on a mobile device or a printed hard copy.

The Application Process
The form to be completed will ask you about your personal data as well as your travel details.

- Travel details: country of embarkation, date and port of arrival, flight number, next destination.
- Accommodation details: island/resort/hotel of stay, period of stay.
- Yellow Fever vaccination date: only for those who travelled to a Yellow Fever endemic region 6 days before arriving in the Maldives.
